The staff were friendly I found that acceptable.
The room I stayed in had a major issue. The heating system lacked controls thus the room was far too hot. I also noted the shower flooded when used late at night, a problem that was QUITE obvious.

The hotels location was very central and peaceful. i had a lovely, comfortable bedroom with spacious bathroom. i appreciate the complimentary afternoon tea and cake. It felt very special. the staff seemed helpful and friendly.
the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly, i noticed only a portable unit in the room, though it didn't really emit much cool air.

i found the staff very helpful in suggesting local attractions. the complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch (i especially enjoyed the pastries!). the hotel is in a fantastic location, so i walked to many places.
i had some trouble with the air conditioning unit in my room, it was slightly noisy.

peaceful spaceattentive staff
The location was excellent and the staff was attentive. i especially liked the tea and coffee served in the afternoon, it reminded me of a special treat. The inner courtyard was a beautiful space. we loved the peaceful atmosphere, but the breakfast was also delicious with many offerings.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. This needs some updating.
